Ludovic de Saint Sernin offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn garments in their original condition. Please ensure all security tags and designer labels remain attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Request Authorization
Log into your account or use the guest order portal to submit a return request and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and include the printed return invoice inside the box to ensure efficient processing at our atelier.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team has inspected the items for authenticity and condition, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
